I was in Brueggers this morning around 8:15am. There was only one worker and he was really doing a great job!!!! I felt sorry for him. I think he should get a big raise.

It took the 5 employees working about 10-15 minutes to acknowledge me and I was the only person in the store but the reason I’m writing this review is because I discovered the turkey sausage sandwich I ordered only had one egg and I paid for 2 which is extremely annoying!!

Something is going on in here now with the Nicollet Mall location. Fewer tables in the eating area now. Few bagels in stock. Customers order at register only now. No coffee was available. Last time it was not fresh. Terrible service. I never leave tips anymore. These 20 somethings make $15 plus an hour for minimal work yet they still expect tips. Well, not from me.

Love that we have this option in the skyway downtown but unfortunately this location is filthy. I've seen the same crumbs and grime along side the food behind the sneeze guard for days upon days and it doesn't get cleaned. The cheese is old with dried up edges and my egg sandwich tasted like rancid oil. The people are great but they need to clean!!

this place is terrible don't waste your money coming here Four people on site only one person working the other two talking in the corner,and they want even answer their phone and they had eight people wanting four people just let the store. Then the one lady that was talking in corner for the last 45 minutes. Comes over and yells at the only person that's working in the whole store, It was embarrassing and it was a shame.

My partner ordered bagels here and they took over 45 minutes to prepare the order in the morning. They didn't get them the right bagels, she got 2 less bagels than what was ordered, the coffee was full of grounds, and the service was just incredibly slow.Would not recommend, especially if you are hoping for a timely experience.

I went to bruegger's this morning to pick up bagels to bring my coworkers for my birthday. I ordered the bakers dozen of bagels and a black coffee through the app at about 6:05 am. I arrived at the store about 6:25, both entrances were locked with a sign posted "due to staffing, we will not open until 7:30. if you placed an order ahead call ......". When i was able to contact an employee in the store they came and asked through the crack in the door what i ordered. I told him my order and he went behind the counter. He returned and asked what flavor bagel I wanted. I reclarified my order was a bakers dozen variety and he went back behind the counter. He finally opened the door to talk with me and I again told him i ordered 13 bagels sliced and cream cheese. He went back behind the counter and got my order together. He seemed unsure i actually ordered it and I showed him my order in the app and my receipt. Finally another employee came out and made sure I had everything and said i was good to go. I finally left at 6:45 and was late for work. I opened the box and there were only 11 unsliced bagels in the box... Pretty disappointed to have waited 40 minutes to receive less than what I bought.

Showed up at 11:30 am today Wednesday and they're closed. Not even a sign on the door saying why. Pretty disappointed since I have limited time to eat before going to the airport.
