the staff here are so lovely. they're always super quick, friendly, and happy to explain the menu or make a recommendation.a few weeks ago my mobile order was made incorrectly. however, when i stopped in again a few days later, staff spoke to me about it personally AND added free drink credits to my account.next time you're headed to caribou, choose this location and always tip!
Had a hard time deciding off the menu, employee Ashley (later found out she's the manager) made a great recommendation based on what I like & offered light ice since I had mentioned I didn't like a lot of ice lolEvery step of the way she was attentive and friendly, and even in a 5 minute or shorter interaction I felt well served! Also, the drinks here are always consistent whenever I order. Definitely a great place for a quick stop and a great cup o coffee.
