We came to this location for the first time at about 8:30 p.m. on Saturday 6/24/2023. I must say the staff was wonderful! I believe her name may be Janay But it may be something else... She had top tier customer service which you don't see a lot nowadays. She was very helpful and explained steps I had to take to order a chicken quesadilla online. She was patient although we had a line of people behind us. Thank you for your kindness! The food was fresh and fast service as well.
Since we moved, this Chipotle location has become our new closest one. We have found it provides endless opportunities to surprise and delight as they refuse to provide us w/ what we order, rather, making random selections for us!Order chips and guacamole? Just guac - you're fat enough! Order barbacoa - you get chicken - you've had enough damn beef this week! Order beans on our burrito - you get lettuce - you need more greens! This Chipotle location is great. Nice employees who actually listen to your requests and are still fast. Place seemed clean enough. And, as a bonus they actually had limes for me over dinner time when other locations have seemed to magically run out anytime after the lunch rush. If in doubt about the other nearby west side locations, opt for this one. :)
