I’ve never had a bad experience at crisp & greens until recently. Me and a friend went to this location and weren’t greeted which is fine until we saw others being greeted after us so I thought that was a little upsetting. Whereas the food, I was highly disappointed… I’ve ordered the dragon açaí bowl and received a half empty container of açaí… I’ve never had this happen to me before and I get açaí often so this was very upsetting to see.. the patiya and açaí portion was small as well as the toppings (fruit, granola, & shaved almonds). The acai tasted great but we were highly disappointed with the quality. For $14 I would expect a higher portion..

The dude with a mustache is just unpleasant and seems like he doesn’t want to be there. The food and everyone else was great.

Don't order ahead because your phone won't be ready when you get there to pick it

The only thing better than paying $17 for a salad and still being hungry afterwards is people bringing their dogs inside to pick up to go orders… gross!

The Rise and Grind (with coconut milk and cacoa nibs) is amazing! Life-changing. Also, I clumsily dropped my bowl on the ground and they gave me a new one, free of charge (even though I insisted to pay for the second).Super friendly staff, lots of natural light. Give it a try!

Such friendly staff. Took time to explain my options. Some people there have the nicest smiles, which is always so welcome. I witnessed some customers and door dash people being a tad bit rude (not acceptable people) and the staff remained professional at all times. Excellent job management! The decoration is pretty and not busy. Plenty of light and very clean.Would benefit from a sign at the beginning of the line informing people that they don’t take cash. I see the no cash as a good way to keep employees safe and to ensure more sanitary standards. I will be coming back!Vegetarian options: You’ll have plenty to choose fromDietary restrictions: GF and low Sat fat optionsParking: No issues

Used to be great but is hit and miss now. Stopped getting shakes because they take forever. Since it takes so long I've had someone else take my shake and just put in the fridge because they lose track. Also had one not correctly blended after a very long time. The aquas frescas last time were very warm. Service can be good but sometimes its clear the employees are not wanting to be there. Still some great menu choices if made correctly.

They really reduced their serving and it’s ridiculous. I got the squash goal and the girl hardly put kale. That’s absurd considering that’s the base of the salad.

I finally went to Crisp & Green after resisting for 1.5 years. My rationale: how can any restaurant that sounds healthy be delicious? I’m sure it has something to do with my childhood filled with tasteless “healthy” meals of bran fiber and iceberg lettuce. On Tuesday of last week, I finally entered the premises due to time constraints and the convenient proximity to my condo. I was warmly welcomed and shown the “HOW TOs” by an enthusiastic smiley staff member. The Seoul Bowl filled my stomach and spirit with unforeseen delight. I went back on Thursday to recreate the experience with a friend and was not disappointed. The mushrooms were perfectly marinated, changing the texture to a plump chew. The tofu was as good as any chicken I have ever tasted. When I asked how the tofu was prepared, I learned that it was bathed in some kind of dreamy citrusy ginger magic. The combination of the spicy bibimbap & cashew dressing harmoniously brought all of the fresh ingredients together. I loved the balance of sweet and savory in this dish (echoes of many Korean recipes), with the vegetable crunchiness punctuating the creaminess. I left satiated and with a newly formed respect for healthy food.

Seems to be going down hill recently. I used to stop for a protein shake occasionally but the last several weeks the ice machine has been broken.
