Sometimes the cookies are perfect and delicious and other times they are just okay. Not sure how much of this is this specific store vs the cookie recipes themselves. IMO the best cookies are the Reese's, waffle and s'mores
My wife and I came here and it was my first time.Atmosphere of the store is clean, yet "sterile" feeling, as they're going for that Apple Store vibe with the all-white minimalism. Good thing is that it made the space feel less crowded, as I could see it getting cramped given the process of ordering.Staff were attentive enough and nobody seemed to wait too long.The cookies had great flavor, but, as I expected, had that slight "chemical" aftertaste, much like Target/Walmart/etc's...read full review

this is a good once in awhile treat~ as a customer I get treated decently and most the cookies are a good treat! I'm waiting on keylime and lemon to come back!!! both are really good!! They do need a waaay better system for door dashers!!
