We love Dot's Gray! And their food truck, Butcher Salt!! We already loved the food at Dot's Gray, so we hired their food truck to cater our wedding. Everything was incredible! Their food was AMAZING as always, and our guests were honestly shocked at how good the meal was -- people kept coming up to tell us that!
