Coffee is amazing! Creative and rotating latte selections.

The staff is rude, was not knowledgeable, and made it clear they had no time for or interest in customer service. Unfortunate, because the coffee is quite nice.

Pretentious atmosphere, unprofessional service, good cappuccino. When I arrived around 2:30pm on Saturday 3/9/2024, no one was at the register. I walked over to chat to the barista about the drink she was making, and not once did she assist me with how to order. Then suddenly I saw a line at the register, so I got behind three people. Bummer. The employee at the register was a stalky, young man with a nose piercing. He gave the customer in front of me a free drink. That did not feel good. If you’re going to give free drinks, at least do it subtly. When I asked him what brand of espresso beans they use, he said it was a secret - that they could know, but I could not. What? That felt strange and disconnected. Transparency is almost always in the best interest of the customer - and - it is responsible to give credit where credit is due, like they do with the Cardigan Doughnuts they serve. The shop is very big and spacious. This is a shop that has a high volume business feel rather than your cozy neighborhood coffee shop. The low end service did not match the high end appearance. This for me feels pretentious. Also, my cappuccino was over $5. Maybe if they were willing to share more about the beans and such it would enhance the value and help me feel more comfortable with that price. It all just didn’t add up for me. One thing that did make me happy was that they use Autumnwood Farm local vat pasteurized cow milk. That def adds value for me.

Love this place, great espresso and espresso based drinks. The neighborhood feels like it’s attempting to be cosmopolitan and consequently the businesses here. I simply want a coffee. That’s the only small minor annoyance. Outside of that this place is amazing. Check out their other locations too.

The atmosphere felt ann inclusive- not just a place for work or catching up but. A place for kids (and dogs) too! Loved the fireplace and lots of open space!Got the Cacao Five Spice. Not spicy and the spices weren’t very potent. But a very good latte!

Drinks were nothing great, and the donuts were absolutely awful, the reviews made it seem like they would be great but i didn't even finish mine. Seems like a nice place to study though.

The BEST coffee shop in the North Loop! What I love about this coffee shop is their seasonal specials and the attentive baristas who know exactly how I like my coffee, making me feel like a valued local.

Was at a workshop in Open Book and grabbed a cup of hot tea as a treat at this cute coffee shop. The sales associate was helpful. The ambience of this building is amazing. My tea was great. I passed on the pastries, but everything looked amazing.
