I went yesterday with a friend who's been there, it was my first time. I ordered coffee, and I was surprised when the waiter told me that the chef doesn't serve hot beverages. That seemed odd, but okay - I had iced tea. The food is served with the intention of sharing dishes. We ordered 7 different items - each one better than the last. The last couple of times I have been have been unfortunate. An order of crispy pork was added that we didn't ask for, and nut deducted from the bill. The ground chicken salad came with the rubbery skin. The chicken rice noodle soup had no chicken. Both times, the wait staff just shrug their shoulders. Lat14 is much better.
