“I am also surprised at the other reviews. The food is basic but fresh. The service at this store was impeccable. Our order was prepared quickly and correctly. Sadly getting a correct fast food order doesn't happen at most places near my home. It was also sparkling clean. The workers were friendly and went beyond the call of duty in rescuing my debit card when I apparently dropped it.“
“We are always impressed with how fast our food is ready! And the quality is never compromised. The bread is fresh regardless of the time of day we order. We tried the new Munchie Crusher...it's a new favorite! We hope it's a permanent menu item. The basil and oregano flavors are delicious and really add to the sandwich.“

“My office is about a mile away from this location and I'm sure that someone from my office orders from them at least twice a week. We're not wonderful with our communication, so sometimes the delivery driver is just going back and forth from the store to our office a few times! They are all so sweet though and bundle our orders when they can. I recently ordered right around lunch time and they got here with my order in just 15 minutes - talk about freaky fast!I also sometimes order it for pick up on my way home and they always are so sweet when I walk in the door and remember who I am. Sometimes if my order is not ready yet when I walk in, they push it to the front of the line and hand it to me personally.I personally have a complicated order because I like to customize my sandwich but they always get it correct! The location in SLP always puts mayo on my sandwich, even though I request it without, so I only trust this location with my order.There was just one time when they put the wrong sandwich in my bag for pick up and I didn't realize it until I got home. It was made with a meat I don't eat so I ended up tossing it. When I called, they gave me a credit to use on my next order. This is by far my favorite Jimmy Johns location!“
