When 1,I was ordering the food customer service or cashier was not a friendly. 2,After I ordered my food 3,my meal took longer than usual even though it wasn't busy at that moment. And the cooker was standing there chit-chating rather than preparing my food. 4, at this restaurant they serve my on an clean tray 5, when Asked cashier she start arguing rather than solving problems.
They staff had always been great, I come here weekly, and they are always attentive and courteous today. I actually made a mistake. My order not only did they fix it for me, but they said it was merely to make sure I remained a satified customer. That's how customer service should be. I already was planning on continuing to come, but now I'll be there more often. Sarah and Wayne are great. I don't know what they make, but it's not enough. They are a big reason I keep coming back
