Best Pastry shop I have tried so far in the Twin Cities!Very good quality pastries and being an amateur of french pastries, I can tell that whoever is behind this (both the chef and the cooks) know their craft.A big shout out for the cannelés !!! They taste as though made right from Bordeaux. It has been so many years since I was able to have such delicious cannelés.This place is a gem, it's not easy to find such a pasty shop in the US. I highly recommend it.
We had a delicious avocado toast with a creamy avocado paste that was delicious. The toast was little bit over toast and hard. And the avocado paste needed a little bit of salt and pepper. It was delicate and fresh. The latte was also good.I went a Sunday morning there was a line of people along their counter, that moved very quickly. The time between ordering and serving was very short. I recommend it.

I am so fortunate to have stumbled upon this gem while in search of a French style patisserie. There are other businesses that claim to be patisseries, but this is the real deal. The location is easy to get to, even for someone who doesn't live in Minneapolis. The parking is easy, and the neighborhood feels safe.
