Very poor service and my order was delay for more than 2 hours. I made a complaint to Ms. Okma at call center and she didn't sort my problem and got duty off. Very poor service. I will not recommend anyone for pizza hut kotahena branch. Even the person Mr. Shafras who spoke to me on phone also not responded properly and attended my complaint.
Rude, incompetent desk woman. The staff like she makes a very poor impression of the brand itself. It is really worth my time to place the review here so many orhers would consider going there or not.
Absolutely horrendous customer service through the call center in United Arab Emirates. Extremely slow delivery times, over a hour and half for a delivery. I don't understand what kind people have been hired, Pizza Hut really needs to reconsider their franchise in United Arab Emirates...
