My love of Starbucks goes back to 1993, which I would guess was when I first found them in Mpls. Other than Dunn Bros, SB was the first legit coffee seller I had come across. I then bought SB coffee daily and started acquiring a SB City Mug collection. I've included photos from my home, showing a portion of my 350+ array of mugs, from all over the planet. Great spot to grab coffee if you work downtown. Skyway accessible. I actually work closer to another Starbucks location, but I can do a mobile order and walk to IDS. It can be really busy in the morning, so plan ahead! Staff is outgoing and so friendly. No issues with orders from my experience!

Definitely the sweetest most considerate group of people inside this location. They really do a great job at making good coffee but also at making you feel like family and are great at remembering faces. Hands down the best Starbucks I’ve ever been too and I’ve been to ALOT.
