Young girls filling orders were more interested in talking than filling orders. 5 girls fillings orders and 13 customers waiting for orders to be filled. Not a single order was handed out to customers for over 5 minutes. It doesn’t help when when they walk to the back to get one package at a time for refills rather than grabbing several and bringing to the front. Pathetic. Order taker was efficient just not anyone else.

These few reviews are so sad! I actually love the way this Starbucks looks, with the exception of the line. I think it's always odd when a place has you walk all the way in to order because it's not really the best flow, but I do understand that people mill about while waiting and you want that area to be the biggest spot. The modern large bench with little matching tables was super cute. It felt inviting and I sat right away even though my bf thought we were just grabbing coffee and going back to our hotel room.The service was nice and really fast, much like most Starbucks I've been to. I wasn't expecting to come here, as I don't usually go to Starbucks when I'm on vacation but it was super convenient being steps away from my hotel guest elevators.

horrible service, I waited too long for a buttered croissant and when i asked a 3rd time where my croissant was? had some snotty woke manager who made me feel like (with his 'have a good day") smile like I was out of line...Ive worked retail in many places and I will not spend a dime in this starbucks again

We stopped here for coffee while we were downtown. Took our lattes with us and were happy with the quick service.

Very poor service! Very slow and rude. Ordered a frappuccino, took forever to make and the server looked pissed. They are understaffed esp for how busy the location is.
