These few reviews are so sad! I actually love the way this Starbucks looks, with the exception of the line. I think it's always odd when a place has you walk all the way in to order because it's not really the best flow, but I do understand that people mill about while waiting and you want that area to be the biggest spot. horrible service, I waited too long for a buttered croissant and when i asked a 3rd time where my croissant was? had some snotty woke manager who made me feel like (with his 'have a good day") smile like I was out of line...Ive worked retail in many places and I will not spend a dime in this starbucks again

Young girls filling orders were more interested in talking than filling orders. 5 girls fillings orders and 13 customers waiting for orders to be filled. Not a single order was handed out to customers for over 5 minutes. It doesn’t help when when they walk to the back to get one package at a time for refills rather than grabbing several and bringing to the front. Pathetic. Order taker was efficient just not anyone else.
