Best tacos in town hands down! It's all about the dipping salsas, they are very flavorful and a must try. So much so that the consommé was unnecessary at all for birria tacos. The place is busy but service is quick. Plenty of places for dining in.

I don't know if this restaurant here is connected to the one in Mexico. I ordered a quesabirria, which was good, but what surprised me was the consommé, which was delicious. The sauces were also rich and spicy. The place is small and is just for sitting and eating, but it does not invite you to stay and have a conversation. Something that caught my attention is that it is surrounded by other restaurants, but this one has a lot of clientele, which is good because it ensures that the ingredients they use are fresh or at least have been stored for a few days in their refrigerator or pantry. This little place hits the spot! It's small, rather quite, but if you want REAL street Tacos the Taco Taxi has always been where it's at! So it really don't matter if you just pull over and run up to one ? f their taco trucks lol cated in uptown on lagoon, or on east lake st. Or if you find yourself here and you've got a moment to sit down and smash on you plate of food, it's ALL GOOD because you ain't in an Uber but the Taco Taxi's food is sure to Lyft your spirits and hopefully fill you up! Swing of n and enjoy one of there ice cold nonalcoholic beverages that you can't find at the taco trucks, grab a hibiscus drink, or a rice drink, or a refreshing mix either way you'll be delighted! I bought 3 quesabirria tacos and hubby bought 3 tacos de asada…They were delicious tacos!!! The restaurant was clean and we were given amazing service. When I asked for extra limes, the gentleman serving us gave us PLENTY! They’re not stingy like most restaurants.I definitely will come again!
