Always a solid neighborhood go-to, we had brunch there today at the same time as a sold-out event, but even with that, the wait for seating was clearly communicated, and our server Nathan was friendly, efficient, and attentive.
i enjoyed the positive energy our waiter Nathan brought to our table. he was helpful and his service was outstanding. He has such a fun personality as well. also my food was so good, nice and hot. plus filled with flavors. i highly recommend coming here!

Dined in on 3/25 and was greeted by Thunder who was very pleasant and inviting! He talked me through some great menu items and mock tails! I very much his service and the atmosphere provided by the Nicollet Diner! 10/10 will definitely be coming back!
