A refreshing alternative to all the fast food at the mall! Quick service, friendly and accommodating staff and fantastic food.

I didn’t like the tuna wrap at all. On top of that, the serving lady was impolite. But the atmosphere was pretty good given that a small place. You can have bunch of options if you are opting for a meal in Nicollet Mall area within 5-10 mins of walking distance. Rather go for those. Won’t recommend.

I don’t normally leave negative reviews but this place had absolutely terrible food. I have never in my life thrown food out before but I literally had no choice as I could not stomach it down. Place is probably good for a quick coffee but do not rely on it for decent food. Probably would’ve been way better to go to Walmart and get premade food for 1/4th of the price as well

We ate lunch at Vitali’s café recently. It’s a tiny place in an out-of-the-way location and we were the only customers. The one staff person was very eager to help us find something good to eat and indeed the food was good. My partner had a breakfast burrito and I had the mushroom crepe. Both were generous and tasty.

They have really bad customer service and the wait time was really long. We ordered two crepes they were really dry and gooey. We also ordered tea they gave us the tea bag and a cup of hot water .

OK first of all the crêpes are to die for. But unfortunately I can't give a five star review because it takes F O R E V E R and the service leaves a lot to be desired. They definitely need to hire some employees. I think it's just a husband and wife team, those are the only two people I've ever seen working. The fact that it's in a hotel means you can't just go grab a quick lunch here. If there's a line, plan to wait an hour or more. I think this place would be better if they would acknowledge you when you got in line and let you know about how long it will be before they can take your order. There needs to be someone taking orders and someone doing the cooking. When I went today, the husband was in back doing something the whole time instead of helping wait on customers, so it was just the wife doing the cooking and order taking. She did not acknowledge me or anyone in line until she was done making the crêpes and coffee for the person ahead of me. Once she took my order, it was about 25 minutes before it was done. All in all I waited probably 40 minutes total. BUT like I said, at the beginning of my review, the crepes are to die for and worth the wait, especially if you are staying in the hotel, because the food and the service in the hotel restaurant is terrible. We always get the lox and cream cheese. This time I thought there was too much cream cheese, and not enough lox, especially at the price point they sell them for ($14). But we will definitely be back every year when we stay in this hotel, just don't be in a hurry when we go.

I LOVE this restaurant. It has some of the best food I’ve eaten. Strongly recommend for anyone who just wants to try something new. (Best of all it’s not covered in oil so it feels healthy in your stomach too.)Service was very fast; good was hot. I can’t wait to go back.Vegetarian options: All vegetarian food with vegan options.Dietary restrictions: Kosher restaurant that is amazing!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ with gluten free options

Excited to have a kosher (dairy) restaurant at the MOA. Just be patient as they are trying to figure things out. The food is totally worth it though. ?

The place is understaffed. There was only one person working and she was overwhelmed with orders. I was told that the store was closed even though it was the middle of the day. I was told to come back in 20 minutes twice. Then I had to wait. It was almost an hour before my order was taken. If you order from this store use door dash or Uber. Very frustrating experience in person but due to dietary restrictions (kosher) I had very little choice but to wait. The food is good but the waiting experience left me very frustrated.

Somehow I didn't know about this cute little spot so close to my work! Great fresh Israeli salad and mushroom wrap. Can't wait to try the falafel next!

I had a long layover at Minneapolis airport so I odered from Vitali's on Doordash. The food was excelent and got a here very quickly. I had a personal eggplant pizza and it was really good and flavorful. The texture was still great even though I was not eating it totally fresh. I would highly recommend them!

Tried out Vitali's Cafe inside the hotel for a different coffee instead of the Starbucks downstairs. I ordered a caramel macchiato and the lady said it would be one size. I said okay and continued. My husband ordered a mocha latte. We got our drinks fairly quick after spending $18 on two. My caramel macchiato was maybe a 4oz cup and was piping hot. My husband's was also very hot and the correct size he asked for, medium. I didn't understand why the macchiato only came in a 4oz cup... Didn't seem right to me. The mocha didn't taste anything like mocha and was so hot we couldn't even drink it... I'm giving two stars because the woman working was kind and did end up giving us a refund for our undrinkable coffee.
