They told us that they were going to send is food coupons because of the bad service we got that had the poor lady at that the front cashier she was getting yelled at from left and right and still they were messing up orders and they were having cold food they can still send me the coupons and I may try them again but not was one 30.00 of food that was not good and the lady said she would take here is my address so they can send them to me 614/ Buchanan st ne Minneapolis mn 55413 att David Wagner 612-282-1211 I hope that it gets better soon at that wendy

I would give this Wendy's a 0 if I could. The place was filthy with trash laying around on the floor. The ketchup containers were empty and there were NO napkins. The cashier was too busy visiting with friends to even acknowledge that we were in line. We ordered and waited at least a half hour for our food. Other people were waiting too. The workers were disrespectful and joking around with each other. I finally slapped my hand on the counter and asked where our food was. The cashier said, "Hey, do you want a refund, because I can't hurry these folks." I said YES, and then another woman came over and said that they were waiting on the French fries to get done. I watched the person bagging up the food and she dropped a sack on the dirty floor, picked it up and used it. The cashier tried to put a lid on a drink cup, it didn't fit so she just threw it on the floor and grabbed another. We waited another 10 minutes and finally got our food. We had to ask for ketchup and napkins and our drinks. Then we sat at a table and the cashier told everyone that I was a "b#%ch" so we were stared at the whole time we were there. This is a NASTY place and I couldn't eat my food for fear that they did something to it because I complained. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! Whoever owns this franchise needs to close it down and get out of that neighborhood!
