“Nice panera. Food is always pretty good. Star deducted for their shake... it's basically a 12 oz cup of strawberry shake for 7 bucks. That's pretty ridiculous and honestly it wasn't that good. But beyond that if you are looking for a consistent soup and/or sandwich - panera is, well, an option anyway.“
“I have experienced excellent customer service. from the meat department, and calling at a very busy holiday time to ask if they had shocked oysters! the woman who took my call on a sunday night did a lot of leg work. I appreciated her help.“
“Outtakes may not have the biggest menu you've seen, but what they do have is made well and served with a smile! If you are trapped inside the Bren road roller coaster and don't feel like getting dizzy going round and round to get out, it's a great little cafe, conveniently located right in the middle. With all the walking paths here, its a nice walk to get what you need.“
“Truly one of my favorite places in the Twin Cities. I feel so lucky to have this in my neighborhood! Good coffee & tea with creative specials (I'm 99% sure they make syrups etc in house), great sandwiches, small but very solid beers on tap ...plus books! and friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Tiny lot in the back off the ally but frankly the free street parking is even more convenient. I order all of my books through them and I really enjoyed a book club I did there last spring & I've been meaning to do more. Also this is where I stop for a lil treat - currently the amaretto mocha, but they seem to always have at least one seasonal special I'm into.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly“
“I loved my Dolche de Leche latte! It was sweet enough without being over powering. I liked the banana bread loaf as well. Street parking was easy to find too! My only complaint is that it gets super busy and has limited seating. I came to sit and visit with a friend and we waited for seating and it was fairly loud. Once it calmed down, it was the perfect environment to visit. I also found the staff very kind and calm despite it being so busy! I would visit again any time!Parking: There is a hill on the side of the coffee shop where it seems the majority of people parked. The neighborhood also has a lot of space to park. Parking on Penn is limited due to a large 30 min parking area, but I found this to be the best parking.“
“My boyfriend and I decided to check out a new coffee shop, and we came across Cuppa Java on Google Maps. When we first entered the building, I immediately loved the vibe, and there are many cozy corners with plenty of outfits to get some work done. The employees were extremely friendly, and I ordered and ate one of the best bagels I've ever had. There is a gender neutral bathroom with ADA accessibility which I highly appreciated.I will definitely be coming back!“
“I stopped by last Saturday, and I got a scone and a Cranes in the Sky iced coffee, and the combination was AMAZING! The prices were very reasonable for the hand-crafted beverage and pastry! I also loved the ambiance of the coffee shop, the outdoor patio, and the clothing selection! I will definitely come back!“
“My husband and I finally checked out this neighborhood spot for dinner and loved it! We had a the Cajun cheesesteak, mushroom Swiss burger with watermelon mojito lemonade. Tasty baked fries and yummy dipping sauces. We took a piece of cheesecake to go and wow! It was top tier! Obviously some secret family recipe made with love and well-honed craft. 10-10.We're excited to come back and try the bowls and other cheesesteaks.“
“My daughter and I stopped by the past couple afternoons on our way home after a couple of very stressful days - first for a treat and some delicious blueberry tea and second day for a snack to celebrate a hard fought win. Possibly without even knowing it, the lovely young woman working the counter was a bright spot in our week. A generous, thoughtful person with whom I am so happy to have had a chat and an opportunity to interact. Thank you ??“
