I really miss Lone Spur but I decided to give this place a chance. The food is pretty good when they don't mix up the orders, but they don't know how to make a mixed drink. I usually order a vodka martini, but they don't seem to know how to make it, seem confused, and when I said I didn't want olives but lemons as I didn't want olive juice, evidently the bartender was sarcastic because the waitress came back with 6 lemons sliced in half. I'm not sure if I will be back.

Whoever the old hag is with the dark hair and make up on that looks like a nest is coming out of her head is she needs to work on her customer service skills and people skills all together. Slammed my money on the counter after I handed it into her hand politely, and didn’t say a word. Another sweet employed with light hair noticed an proceeded to tell me to have a good rest of the day. It’s my birthday at that. I love the food but whoever that lady was needs a reality check. Makes me not want to come back I would hate to have to be rude to any one just because they think they are allowed to treat me any type of way. God bless.

Been going to Racks since it opened. Despite subpar food and service, it was a place I could go and know people. For the first time since I started going, I sent my food back because it was cold, not warm, but actually cold. It took 30 minutes for it to come to me so I went outside quick for 4min. When I told the waitress my food was cold, I just asked for it to be hot. I didn't want it for free, just hot food that I was being charged for. The manager, Jesus, came up gave me an excuse and I politely stood up for myself as he was being pretty aggressive. He then started yelling at me in front of everyone and blaming me. Told me it was my fault and they didn't do anything wrong. I have NEVER sent food back there! This was the only time, and to be actively screamed at by the manager was absolutely humiliating. Just don't believe this is a great way to speak to your customers, especially since your dinning area was almost completely empty on a Friday at dinner time.

We sat at the bar and the bartender was more interested in serving the huge table (which by the way I have seen that group up there a few times I have been there mostly to go in there to have a drink not to eat left of the door when you walk in) that sits by the bar!!! We sat down, it's took her a good 5 mins to ask for drinks then gave us our menus, 12 mins to even come back and ask if we were ready for food and the only reason she even came back to us is because I "slammed" the menus down towards the edge of the bar itself. Took our order food came out and my food was cold (got a hot sandwich and some onion rings) while who I was with his food came out HOT. Never once came back and asked how our food was and once we were almost done with our food she finally came back and asked if we wanted something else to drink. And we were there for the first half of the game and was just super disappointed.
