I stood at the window for 5 minutes. Two employees looked at me but never acknowledged I was there. Then they helped people who came after me at the other window. I went to my car, called them and the lady who answered the phone argued with me, telling me I could've went to the other window. I'm not sure if I was supposed to stop the other people from ordering so I could order, or if I was supposed to stand there and wait longer. Very poor customer awareness, service and absolutely can't believe she argued with me.
