Employees that tell you "I dont have that " without an explanation is quite ridiculous! Try having your Employees state "I'm sorry our coffee machine is down we're unable to get you what you would like is there something else you'd like?" Apparently you don't serve caramel mocha with whole milk? uhm okay? Don't recommend the service here. If I'm not waiting forever in line for my food it's something else!
