Far better than the south Moorhead location, however there's certainly room for improvement. The lobby is sometimes open to customers. When it's locked, I haven't been verbally abused for being a pedestrian, they have the common sense to bring my order to me at the door.
Drive thru was neat and tidy outside. The menu was not all broken and missing parts like some of the fast food joints in the fargo metro area. I like that b.K. stays open LATER nine p.m. ANY FAST FOOD OWNERS OUT THERE READING THIS .....Please please can we try get back to pre covid evening hours. I think most of us patrons would greatly appreciate it

Unfortunately, this was a very poor experience. The location isn't even open for in-store dining. Drive thru only. It was not at all busy when I went. When the food came out, it was cold, so I went back through the drive-thru and asked for new food. They did give me new food that was hot, but the fries were not salted, and the burger was a sloppy, falling apart mess. I've had more poor experiences with this location than good lately.
