Unfortunately, this was a very poor experience. The location isn't even open for in-store dining. Drive thru only. It was not at all busy when I went. When the food came out, it was cold, so I went back through the drive-thru and asked for new food. They did give me new food that was hot, but the fries were not salted, and the burger was a sloppy, falling apart mess. I've had more poor experiences with this location than good lately. It's disappointing because it used to be great food, but now it feels like they don't even want business.

We waited in line for over 25 minutes. Over half of that time no one even came to the window. We also watched workers wearing gloves wipe their nose and continue working with the same pair on..

Far better than the south Moorhead location, however there's certainly room for improvement. The lobby is sometimes open to customers. When it's locked, I haven't been verbally abused for being a pedestrian, they have the common sense to bring my order to me at the door.

Staff and ownership are mailing it in. They'd be better off closing now rather than in six months. Orders are constantly incorrect and service is slow, if anyone is working at all. Skip this place.

Had the original chicken sandwich and medium fries. Both were piping hot and tasty! Big win for Burger King in Moorhead!

Drive thru was neat and tidy outside. The menu was not all broken and missing parts like some of the fast food joints in the fargo metro area. I like that b.K. stays open LATER nine p.m. ANY FAST FOOD OWNERS OUT THERE READING THIS .....Please please can we try get back to pre covid evening hours. I think most of us patrons would greatly appreciate it

Over the past year, this BK location has really been terrible. During my last few visits they've been out of fries, no ice, sodas from the fountains are warm. The lettuce on my OG chicken sandwich tonight looks like it's been sitting out for days.

I just pulled up to order at 1023 am. The lady proceeds to tell me do to a staff shortage she’s done taking orders. I understand the staffing issues, but if you can’t run a business it’s needs to close.

BK is my go to fast food burger place. This past vist was one of the few times I've used their flyer coupons. I had the 2 burger meal, my son a single burger combo. A very filling meal for 8 bucks. Can't be beat.Burgers were tasty, fries were hot.

Ordered 2 whoppers and 1 of them the bun was hard and not edible. The second whopper had moldy tomatoes on it. Will never be going back.
