I periodically buy New Generation GF baked goods from Jerry's Foods in Edina and they are flippin' A-maaaaz-ING! Today I was dreamily consuming my moist blueberry /cream cheese coffee cake treat when my eyes wandered to the label and I decided to look up this bakery and leave a review. I also recently purchased the Spritz cookies. Found some delightfulness of theirs being sold at another bakery while in MN and wish they would open a place near me. Simply delicious. It wasn't even baked fresh and was still splendid! They found the secret to using GF baking ingredients to make the best desserts I've had since going GF. It was so wonderful I went back to the bakery before I left town and cleared out a lot of the items to stock up and bring home. ðŸ˜

We recently found delicious strawberry cake, donuts and more from this bakery being sold at our nearest Cub Foods, in Willmar. We were so excited! My five year-old son and I have very severe celiac disease and so finding treasures like this is wonderful. Thank you for shipping your goods to other towns!
