“I want to share my experience this morning thru the drive thru. I had a gift card and scrambled for change as I purchased a vanilla Latte. I could not get my app to cx the pre order for the lady that was at the window so she took a step further and decided to give me the discount anyway. I had a med to lg drink reward with no extra cost. She was so patient and worked with me as I was scrambling to find the rest of my change and trying not to hold up the line too long! Thank you to the lady who took my order and gave me the reward in the drive thru at 6am this morning! Thank you for your kindness, your patience, and understanding with a smile! You made me feel appreciated.”
