The multigrain bread ordered with roast beef was hard to swallow down. It did not help that there was barely an meat on the sandwich. All you can taste is the dry bread and veggies. The bread must have been pretty old and should have been thrown away. Very dry, chewy, hard to swallow. I threw away the bread and basically had an expensive roast beef salad instead of a footlong sub. Will pass on this location next time.
Got a six inch veggie thinking everything would be okay, but I found a small hair like piece of plastic/hot glue in my sandwich, I had call just to warn them and they seemed disinterested in really caring yes she said oh no I’m sorry but was laughing the entire time, then offered me a free cookie for this. I’m not complaining about free food or the lack of empathy, just make sure u look through ur sandwich first.
