Each order came with sauce. The only thing I would say that has even a hint of criticism is towards ourselves and that's that I wish we had asked for more sauce for the momos. “My favorite empanadas in the metro! The crust is always soft, not too thick and the chicken filling savory. The trio meal is my go-to and I like to switch up my sides between yucca fries, sweet plantains and campero rice and add a horchata when I dine in. I hear they're expanding with more locations in the cities too. I'm not big on fast food, but this place hits right. Dine in vibe as expected for fast food joint and they have a drive thru.“

Only 4 stars because area is not great. They close early now at 8pm. Go when it's light out. Also, they accept tips. I tipped two bucks because these young workers deserve it. “This is our neighborhood store and we've never had anything but good experiences. But tonight I ordered a mini Reese's blizzard before realizing it is $5.00 for that tiny cup! So I figured it would be my last, but then the girls working gave me a cup with all ice cream and just a dusting of Reese's. We were waiting for my son's blizzard and no one was waiting, so I showed it to them and asked what happened, especially given how expensive it is. The 3 girls argued with me that "a mini gets one scoop" and there actually was candy, even if it couldn't be seen or tasted. Finally one admitted that it was the end of the day (it was 8:00), so the Reese's was almost empty. I asked if I could just have my money back and they gave me the refund with no problem. But I wish they had just said they were out instead of giving me an expensive cup of ice cream, then trying to convince me there was invisible candy. I know these are kids working and I don't usually complain, but this seems like something to mention and I know some people wouldn't be as patient, especially when being told they just couldn't see or taste it!“

“I don’t often write reviews, but I simply had to give a review after the exceptional and extraordinary service we received on Thursday at your location. My husband and I stopped in for lunch. While we were eating our meal at a table, Karen was going around and checking in on all the patrons. She was very friendly and genuine, and provided the best customer service my husband and I have ever received at a fast-food restaurant. She brought us extra sauces, refilled our sodas for us, gave us mints, and even offered to throw our trash away. She checked in on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed and that everything tasted good. She asked how our day was going and was eager to hear about our recent move to town and she shared her own life experiences with moving as well. We simply were blown away by the quality of her service and think her manager needs to know what a treasure of an employee they have! We will definitely be back and we hope to see Karen there again!“

However, there was a little hiccup today that I'm hoping can be cleared up. When ordering, I asked if the BOGO was only offered if I ordered through the app or if I could get it ordering in person. They told me I could use the app to scan at the end and the BOGO would be applied.
