The young lady at the register saw that I was struggling with my order and she offered to bag my order and even brought it out for me! Just brightened my whole week. You don’t see that kind of customer service these days. Will recommend this location to all of my colleagues. Everybody there was so friendly.
What can you say about Jimmy John's other than their sandwiches are solid and do get made freaky fast lol. As a customer, this just becomes what's expected and anything less would indicate issues. With that, what makes one location stand out from others?In my experience, every JJs I've been to is crazy busy between 11 and 1 during the week. LOVE LOVE JJ's! Occasionally Delivery order is wrong, few small mistakes over several years of ordering, ie: asked no dressing/mayo on sammie and there was, forgot cookie, no extra tomatoes when requested, etc. But they ALWAYS make it right/make-up for their mistakes.MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT...The CLOSING TIME!!! 9PM???
