Mizuki Fusion offers awesome food at reasonable prices, making it a diamond in the rough. While the interior may be a bit dated, the quality of the food is on par with fancier hibachi restaurants. The sushi is fresh and well-presented, with dishes like the seafood fried rice and various rolls receiving high praise. Despite some initial concerns about the rice quality, a return visit proved to be a complete redemption with excellent sushi and dishes like the Inari zushi standing out. The service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable, making it one of the best restaurants in town that comes highly recommended by many customers.
