I've ordered BBQ Mac with Steak at this location many times. At this store they consistently forget to add the BBQ sauce and jalapeño chips. Normally they are polite and work with me and I understand with being busy. I called to let them know they had messed up this order a nth time at this location. My mac was just noodles with steak and cheese (missing the BBQ and chips). The general manager, Tristan, first tells me, "I remember making that order, we definitely did it right." I proceed to offer photos and he shifts it to a refund of the food item. He then tells me, "If you keep having this problem at this store you should just order from another Noodle's. There are plenty in the area".I've never experienced a general manager to first tell me they definitely made it correctly then tell me well if you don't like the outcome, take your service somewhere else. There was zero ownership and I'm not interested in paying more or waiting longer for an outcome of getting the food my app lets me select. I'm in shock a GM deflected this as if an expectation of customization, which is promoted by Noodles, is unreasonable for his store.

No sure why my Mac and Cheese barely had any cheese mostly noodles. I added more cheese once I got home and I don't understand why my Mac and Cheese tastes like stir fry. I have never had an issue like this at this location ever but very odd. I was very surprised and disappointed more in the taste the not having nearing enough normal amount of cheese sauce. Honestly it was mostly just noodles and shredded cheese. If they didn't have enough sauce I would have ordered something else with 0% problem. I would have taken a photo but my phone had died while waiting on the food because I was coming home from work.

Well this is the second time I’ve been here in 2 months. The first time I was like ok it’s busy not a big deal.
Now tonight: we ordered our food got our food timely however food was cold like the last time, friends of employees came in with other food didn't bother me. they came back and sat across the table from us again not a problem, at this time the whole restaurant was open they could have sat anywhere. Well then we got up to leave and the cat calling starts, and the harassment (this is our city go back to yours) about time you leave here.
first of all visiting family from out of town, secondly I understand kids will be kids but that was despicable and i was with my child! not to mention none of the 3 even ate anything from noodles! it takes one bad egg for the whole group to be affected.
Do better! I grew up in this area and the entitlement and disrespect of kids now days is disgusting! I will not be coming back!

I came with my friend who hasn't been here but 3x in her life so things were a bit hectic and then when I tried to redeem my points on my app the employee said the wifi didn't work, so he comped my pop, so that was nice! Then when the food came, hers wasn't hot so she asked them to reheat it, but they remade it and she was happy. We got garlic bread too, which was OK, but not much garlic. I think I need to bring garlic seasoning places or I wish they would put it out! My friend is in her 70s,,if that explains any thing. Lol.Parking: Parking was hard because shares Chipotle parking lot.

I visit this location at least once a week for lunch, I've been to half a dozen locations, and this is hands down the best one. Mellow and the team provide outstanding service and I'd rate every dish they've ever served me 5 stars. If you're looking for the model Noodles location, this is it.

First and last time here. Employees are NPCs. Floors were dirty. Bathrooms were disgusting and the food was well below average. I had the Japanese…bla bla who cares, because it tasted like boring food. I’ve eaten many Japanese dishes and this was some sort of effort to have something Japanese on the menu, but not actually Japanese at all.
Ordered the Mac and Cheese… they also included 4 long black hairs in my food. I didn’t see that on the ingredients list. Can’t recommend this location.

Love this place,haven't been here in awhile and they changed the menu,even better than before
Not very organized and short of staff and food wasn't cooked. And cold. At the last minute they threw the broccoli in the dish of noodles and put the lid on after 1 half hour and lost our order. Because we didn't order online? Also when finally asked for my money back the order suddenly appeared. Signs went up that they were only taking online orders. I've worked in the industry and all I asked was where is our order. I was told it was lost in the front of the house but they should have gotten it in the back. Then walked away. Other people who came in after we did and ordered were being served. Soooo wasn't happy but more frustrated ? ?

Ordered two orders of pad Thai around 3:30 PM. I'm not actually sure they put sauce in. Incredibly frustrated because we paid $26 for dry rice noodles. Cannot recommend.

I really have never had such a horrible experience. Took over 30, almost 40, minutes for our order to even be taken. They didn’t greet anyone as we stood there and watched as they made all the online orders before even approaching us and continuously saying “5 more minutes”.
