The store was filthy. Not a single clean table. Dirty carpet covered in crumbs. Dishes stacked sky high. No counter service. My salad was missing ingredients and was basically lettuce and wonton crisps only. Not worth the money. By the way, does anyone manage this place? If I could rate less than one star, I would.

We walked in and were staring at the menu, the manager announced to the person in front of us that they had no bread ! Lol Panerai bread had no bread....we left and went to red Robin! Yumm!

I ordered a toasted baguette pepperoni and mozzarella cheese sandwich. What I got was a single layer of cheese and a single layer of thinly sliced pepperoni. It amounted to 98% bread and 2% ingredients. Dry and flavorless. The worst sandwich I have ever eaten.
Could not be more disappointed.$8 sandwich ($2 for extra bacon) that I did not even get.Workers felt bad for their “slow service” but can’t even get the order right.

If you want catering delivered on time, go somewhere else. If you want to be screamed at by Jeff the General Manager when you call to find out why your catering order is 45 minutes late, go somewhere else. If you want your catering order correct, go somewhere else. This is the worst store for catering. Not enough drivers and help. Zero professionalism, General Manager Jeff is rude, condescending and will make up excuses and not take responsibility. Panera, you can do A LOT BETTER!

I order Panera Bread frequently from this location, and my last five orders have all been incorrect. It’s kind of unbelievable at this point. Sometimes there’s no sides, no croutons, no bread, sometimes it’s blue cheese instead of feta (that salad went in the trash yuck), or the completely wrong dressing. Or the wrong soup. It’s frustrating for how expensive it is, you should get your correct order. Frustrating.
