“Outstanding service tonight. First time in red ring Minnesota and we asked our hotel where the best place is.We had Christy as our server and she was on top of it and extremely patient and kind.Mary was the hostess and what a kind gentle soul. They all welcomed us with open arms and we’re very kind to our kids.The food was amazing hands down to the chef!I recommend everyone that even comes through to stop in and have a bite.Kid-friendliness: The staff talked to our kids and told them how awesome their drawings were. I couldn’t have had a better experience!“

“This place have some seriously amazing meat and if you are in the Red Wing area is worth a visit. They cooked the rotisserie chicken right in front of you and all the other meat are wonderful too. As a side dish I liked the cole slow but I was not impressed by the french fries or the mashed potatoes which I personally do not recommend to order. If you are a party of 3 or 4, the family platter is a good and affordable option.“

“This is one of our favorite restaurants in town. You get warm chips, cold salsa, and super tasty black bean dip when you're seated at your table. I've had something different from the menu almost every time we've gone and haven't been disappointed yet. They have a selection of vegetarian dishes that are so tasty (especially the quesedilla), and their meat dishes are just as good. Service is always fast, and your food comes out hot and fresh. I'm looking forward to having their house-made cucumber margarita this summer (I highly recommend it).“

“We dined at Godfather’s Pizza in The Pottery Place Historic Center in Red Wing, MN for the first time in years. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they serve 12 inch GF pizzas! My son ate his way through the daily pizza lunch buffet! The restaurant was busy with locals (families, area workers on their lunch breaks and passerbys). The employees were kind, efficient and ambitious. The historic charm added to the enjoyment (ie. Informational signage, photographs of the past, brick interior, etc.). Lastly, the nostalgic pinball machine, video games and candy dispensers brought me back to my youth (1980-1990s). “Service was fast, Culver's style ordering, food was good and plenty, was hot . Enjoyed are experience, would definitely go back, they had a drive thru line of customers, looked as same wait times as Culver's, was different food , more American home cooking style, then drive-in baskets, so was perfect for what we needed , was are 1st time ☺️“

“The first few times I went there I wasn't a fan. Ordered Chicken Broccoli and while the food was plentiful,hot,vegetables were very fresh and tasty I felt the brown sauce was lacking alot of flavor. The city where I'm from had a Chinese restaurant where they had a really good rich brown sauce. However the third time I grew a taste for it and after determining that maybe to make the food a bit more healthier, the sauce was toned down as alot of sodium and other goodies reside in the sauce.Egg rolls and cream cheese wontons were also delicious. No longer a buffet but I never went there when they did have it. The restaurant does have a messy disorganized look to it inside.(boxes stacked on buffet) but the food I have tried has been pretty good.“

“Kellys Tap House is a gem of a place to go for you meals for sure. Wait Staff was very knowledgeable with their menu,and were,super friendly. Amazing meal of baked Haddock with grilled vegetable medley was also the best I've had ever! Wish I lived closer instead of 140 miles away. But I will be back next year!??“
