I love their bagels! I miss their second location in Rochester as I only go to this one when I have appointments. It's in the Subway Level of the Mayo Clinic Building, but it's worth it. There is seating with tables and in a corner area, so it feels more secluded and not as hectic. Recommend!

Friendly service. I had a breakfast bagel. The bagel was fresh, and the egg was cooked perfectly. The cold brew coffee was delicious, and it didn't hurt my stomach. Bonus!

I go here a lot due to it being in a very convenient location for me at work. Every single time I go, everyone is so kind and working so hard. I’m always tired when I head to grab my food, but the staff recognizing me and going out of their way to hand me my food always puts me in a better mood. Every person there needs to get recognized for their hard work!! Great job guys, I appreciate you all.
