Even when it was busy, I got my order in a speedy fashion. The drink was just how I ordered it, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Just like other Caribou Coffee shops, there are items to buy and seating. It's really nice to grab a coffee when waiting for appointments or a pick me up! Recommend.

This place is great! I totally recommended it if you ever go to Rochester or are in Rochester! They forgot that I ordered, but they did a great job of fixing their mistakr and got it out in 30 seconds once I told them and even upgraded! Great service even when it's busy!

Was an OK coffee shop. It was busy most of the times I went and was often confusing which drink was yours as it wasn't announced or was kind of announced as they turned to make another drink. If you ordered ahead at least it had a sticker. . The coffee was ok and was always hot.
