For the last 4 months, I've stayed 3 times at this hotel. It is wonderful. Clean, newly renovated, minutes walking distance to Dan Abraham 's Center and close to the other Mayo facilities. There is shuttle with convenient schedule, as well. The staff is great. Friendly, nice and most important, ready to help. Inadvertently, at my last stay, I booked a different hotel. We have travelled from Tx to the Mayo Clinic five times, and without a doubt, this is the best hotel we have stayed at!! The staff was incredible, going out of their way to accommodate us and our needs. They were friendly and responsive. Their social hours were remarkably good - with food that worked perfectly for dinner. We did not expect to meet and become friends with other guests who were also Mayo patients.
