Has a nice little exercise setup in the bedroom. Wasn't thrilled with the service checking in, but the morning receptionists were very kind.

For the last 4 months, I've stayed 3 times at this hotel. It is wonderful. Clean, newly renovated, minutes walking distance to Dan Abraham 's Center and close to the other Mayo facilities. There is shuttle with convenient schedule, as well. The staff is great. Friendly, nice and most important, ready to help. Inadvertently, at my last stay, I booked a different hotel. Lisa and Alex went far and beyond to resolve my issue. They were so caring and professional. Their attitude took away the stress from the situation. During my stay few days before Thanksgiving, there was a full Thanksgiving dinner. Turkey and all the trimmings. How thoughtful and nice! Many people come to the area for medical appointments and treatments. When the hotel is so wonderful and the staff is so nice, difficult moments feel manageable.Thank you all for your hard work.

We have travelled from Tx to the Mayo Clinic five times, and without a doubt, this is the best hotel we have stayed at!! The staff was incredible, going out of their way to accommodate us and our needs. They were friendly and responsive. Their social hours were remarkably good - with food that worked perfectly for dinner. We did not expect to meet and become friends with other guests who were also Mayo patients. It made for a reassuring visit. Cleanliness of hotel and rooms was five star. Milton, Christine, Sharon - hats off to you for all you do!! There were others, but I do not remember their names.I do not post reviews. This is a first, and I wish I knew how to include a picture of some of the wonderful staff!! Thank you, Staybridge!

The whole family stayed and we had our daughter's wedding here. The rooms were very nice and modern, loved the in room fitness options. The fitness center was wonderful and the pool and hot tub area were lovely. The outdoor courtyard was a perfect place to relax with plenty of seating and multiple fire pits/places. Grills were available for guests to use. We had the wedding in the courtyard and the reception in a banquet room, which was lovely. The staff was kind and helpful every step of the way and the food was outstanding. Would recommend it to anyone for any occasion!

There is absolutely no place to park. We ended up seating ourselves and waited for a random person to take our order. The service was very bad. Half of the items that are shown on Google are not on the menu. However, the food was good.

First the good:1. The hotel is immaculate2. The rooms are large3. The beds are comfortableNow the bad:1. The shower wand did not work. It's not that bad but these overhead rain shower fixtures don't get water to areas that need rinsing without that wand.2. I moved an exercise ball in the room away from the wall and a large and heavy wooden grate which was covering some wires came crashing to the floor. Apparently the ball was positioned to support the grate in place.3. There was no creamer included in the in-room coffee caddy. I'm an early riser. I need the in-room coffee as a bridge to when they start serving coffee in the lobby.4. I was told that coffee and tea in the lobby was free of charge by the attendant working the area so I figured out the machine and poured a cup before returning to my room. About an hour later I returned to the lobby for a second cup and found a different attendant in the area. First, she tried to stop me from pouring a full cup. Apparently, they only serve 8OZ of coffee in a 12OZ cup. Then, as I attempted to return to my room, she chased me down and loudly proclaimed that I was attempting to walk out on my bill. I explained that the attendant who preceded her said the coffee was free but this new girl wasn't in the mood to listen. OK....if you're going to charge a dollar more than Starbucks for a cup of coffee....get your act together and at least treat guests respectfully. We're IGH members for a reason. Usually, these hotels operate at a higher standard. This place needs to do a better job of maintaining the place and training personnel.

While I regret giving only 2 stars, the checkout experience yesterday has marred the overall positive experiences from our 4 other stays this year. Due to a staff error, the front desk team would not honor our Mayo cancer center rate and were quite rude and heartless about the whole matter. My husband is indeed a Mayo cancer patient and this hotel is intended to cater to mayo patients, yet yesterday we were treated poorly and unlike the "valued" customers we should be. Somewhere along the lines the human element was lost. What really was bothersome was their blatant disregard for our continued patronage (again this was our 5th time here in 4 months!) and NOT trying to reconcile a STAFF error to make the situation better for us as IHG "members" and just as people who are going through a difficult situation. Other than the need for compassion and customer service training needed for billing/ front desk staff, the hotel itself is lovely, clean, and in a great location convenient to Mayo. Just beware of getting the wrong person to "help" you at the front desk.

Fantastic find at a great price. Love the subtlety of the positive messages sprinkled throughout the hotel. Very clean and comfortable, and spacious. Convenient to downtown and the medical center. Staff was extremely nice. JB our server each morning was awesome. He’s very knowledgeable about the city, the hotel chain and things to do. The food was very good as well.
I am not usually wowed by most hotels I stay in, but wow!!! The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and absolutely immaculate. I'm very detailed-oriented, and there was not a speck of dust, dirt, or mildew to be found anywhere in this hotel. The in-room kitchenette was lovely and very nicely equipped. The desk staff were so kind and service-oriented, and they helped me change to a different room with a better setup for my mom, who was having surgery the next day at Mayo.The $15 parking garage fee was worth it so we didn't have to deal with parking around the Mayo area, and I was able to run back and forth across the street to the hospital without having to move my car. The hotel provides a shuttle service as well.I appreciate that this hotel provides soy milk for breakfast, as it's rare to find non-dairy options at a typical continental breakfast. One suggestion would be to keep the milks on an ice bath so they stay colder.This hotel is not what I would call inexpensive, but given the cleanliness, amenities, and service, it was a good value on our Thursday night stay. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

My colleagues and I hosted an event at Even Hotel, and it was fantastic! The facility is GREAT! Literally a stunning hotel. The room was really nice - we had a two bedroom suite which was clean, has beautiful bathroom and shower accommodations, and a nice view, too. The conference room was bright with high ceilings and great lighting. They provided lapel microphones, and everything was set up beautifully. The best part of the experience was the staff. They were friendly, most especially, Nick, Jessica and Sharon!

We came to the EVEN Hotel because it is in close proximity to the Mayo Clinic. We are SO happy we made the choice to stay here. Every staff member is kind, courteous, and helpful. It is immaculately clean. The lobby has a beautiful fireplace and beautiful sitting area. The bartender, JB, is personable, kind, and outgoing. I am pregnant so he created a mocktail for me and shared that he is currently working on a full mocktail list. The amenities in the room were fabulous…they even have yoga and workout equipment in the room! They also have a shuttle to the Mayo Clinic and back. We would definitely stay here again.

Have stayed at the hotel and frequented the restaurant, Cork & Kale, off and on for months due to the hospitalization of my child. The hospitality has always been top notch with clean and comfy rooms as well. The bartender JB is the best! So nice and personable. Love being able to chat with him and he ALWAYS gives the BEST service!!

This hotel was so very nice! The lobby was elegantly decorated, and you felt welcomed. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. Our room was very clean, very well decorated and the bed was very comfortable. I loved that the room had black out shades and the bathroom was spacious. The waterfall shower amazing!! I liked that there was a yoga mat in our room and the desk was very nice to sit out to do homework. We had some drinks at the bar and the food that I saw other people eat looked delicious. We will absolutely stay here again.
