I ordered through the app. My Sandwich was terrible. I got a club lulu that is suppose to have turkey and bacon and ended up with no bacon plus my lettuce and mayo were so watery that every bit I took it looked like I was drinking my food. I deleted the app and will never again be going again.

Very friendly! Love the app and so many choices! And any sandwich can be made as a wrap (plain or garlic tortilla) or unwich (lettuce wrap). Their cookies are a treat as well!

I was staying at the Residents Inn and called for delivery. They were so fast I barely had time to put down the phone and get downstairs before they arrived. Excellent sandwich!

A year ago I would have given this location 5 stars. Since then, every online order I have placed has been progressively worse. Last time it took 35 minutes from placing my order to ready. In addition, I often don’t receive notifications that my sandwich is ready until 20-30 minutes after I have picked it up so you cannot rely on that to know when to head over for pick-up. Their real-time service is much better-avoid the online ordering, although you might have to wait in line 10-15 min at peak times. Still faster than my latest experience though.

They got the order wrong, no hot peppers as per order. When we asked about them, when picking up order we were told there was hot peppers. Not sure what is worse, being pepperless or being lied to, but Peter may have picked a peck of pickled peppers but Peter was persnickity and promptly prohibited Jimmy John from pepper partaking.As for a canned response asking me to follow a link from corporate: I literally left a review so you can hear my feedback. The rest is on you man!

This Jimmy John's is across the street from the Mayo clinics. I was there at 11:30 a.m. and the place was so unbelievably busy. They had about 12 - 14 employees taking orders, making sandwiches, bagging and deliveries. It was a well-oiled machine unlike you have ever seen at any Jimmy John's. Orders coming in on the mobile app / website, call-in orders and a line of people out the door that never let up. Hat's off to the employees who were all so nice, courteous and helpful. More than ever, please take the time to say Thank You!

I ordered on line at 11:45 and was ready at 1:17. I paid for this , but was unable to pick up. This place is not Freaky Fast anymore. I will not be ordering again.

It’s an unwinnable system for the staff working there. They take unlimited catering and online orders which means if you order in store, do not plan on getting your sandwich Freaky Fast. 11 minutes from when I ordered to when I got it today (similar experience every time though that was the last chance). 11 minutes for a dang sandwich. The poor staff is working their tails off but there is not enough space for as many counters as they would need to accommodate all the orders they take.
