“I recently tried the carne asada tacos from Los Ninis, and they were absolutely fantastic! The meat was flavorful and generously portioned, making each bite satisfying. The tacos were perfectly crafted, and the overall experience was top-notch. If you're in Rochester, MN, definitely make it a point to check them out—highly recommend!“

“First time trying Taco lab and couldn't be happier with my decision so if you're tired of the same old options from taco trucks then this is a place you must try they have a very unique selection of tacos and other options like steak elotes, Kung Fu chicken tacos in a wonton shell, but I chose the shrimp happens tacos with crispy shrimp topped with a pineapple slaw and mango sauce that came with a side of chips and it was amazing Plus the person working their had a great attitude even though he was Manning the ship solo so I would definitely like to give him a shout out and recommend this stop to anybody in Rochester and the only reason it was not a perfect five stars is because two of the tacos had three pieces of shrimp inside while one of them only had two but hey SHRIMP HAPPENS.“

“Staying at Hilton Garden inn while at Mayo. We ordered #s 132 and 130 from the menu this is one of the best Mexican food we have had. I long time Next time we need to come down. We will be ordering again 5 STARS“

“Great little taco/burrito truck! super fresh food, the owner was super helpful when I could not decide what flavor I wanted and let me mix them. Elote was also great. Loved the grilled onion and jalapeno as well. Looking forward to visiting again when I'm back in the area in the nicer weather.“

“We ordered take out for 7 people and they gave us one bag of chips for 7 and forgot a order when we went to pick up the forgotten order they barely said a word no sorry for the inconvenience or attempt to refund anything. They charge a fee for pick up orders. I will not recommend them or order from there again.“

“Jason has been THE BEST Taco Bell employee I’ve ever encountered. Extremely patient, courteous, efficient, and helpful. He was willing to go out of his way and set aside what he was doing for a couple minutes to assist me and I appreciate that so much. Such a great person to have around. Please Taco Bell, if you see this do whatever it takes to keep Jason around!! All of your young workers need to take notes!“

“Stopped in after 8 pm. Had a combo of 2 crispy chicken tacos w/ nachos/cheese.
Staff was on it, friendly & i asked for a cup of ranch sauce for my tacos & they allowed me to get that
A few nachos were stale, however, I'm not going to knock the review for that because ,1 it was late Monday, 2 it was near 20 degrees out, & 3 the location is somewhat off of the beaten path .
I especially liked the mild sauce packets as they had a smoky/sweet taste w/ a kick
