“My mom and I came here and we were VERY impressed with the service! It was two young men and they were extremely attentive and helpful! We sat down to eat and the place was very very clean and the food was GREAT! Potbelly's is my go to sandwich shop! Nothing is ever less than great!“

“The subs are always amazing here. We had placed a order online on January 13th. Took a bit longer than usual to get our food which I was told the reason why it took longer to get our food was told our ticket was misplaced so I was given four coupons to make up for it. I’m glad I looked at the coupons before using them. The coupons expired in November of 2020. So the coupons can’t even be used.“

“Visiting from out of town and this place was the only place that was opened for breakfast that wasn't serving breakfast food. The service was fantastic, the sandwich artist was very polite and patient with my indicision. We didn't eat in but the dining area was clean and spotless.“

“First time there . Wasn't sure what to do. But didn't see sign either that says start here. Took a bit to order. Very busy online orders. Everything was good.. didn't know they don't put the lettuce tomatoes and onions on unless you ask.. only had 3 tables to sit at.. but most people just ordered and left. Everything was clean.. but did have to ask someone to clean a table for us. But like I said it was busy. Next time I'll remember to ask for lettice“

“Stopped for lunch after getting haircut next door. We didn’t have to wait to order- no one ahead of us. Ordered basic sand which- all are served cold- which was fine in 96- heat. Other days I wouldn’t be a fan.

It was made quickly. Accurate to how described, but the bread isn’t too soft. Seemed day old or worse, quite dry and super crumbly in the car. It made my black pants look like it was attached by a bun. Not great, just okay.

Store is clean, however drink machine is out of order.“

“I forgot my wallet so I ended up using Apple Pay. The register was not working properly and I patiently waited for around 10mins. I finally said “I’ll just make something at home, now worries” and the manager (not sure his name) wore glasses and told me it was on them. They have great service and with their own technical difficulties the offered top service and not wasting my time to get food! Awesome staff“
