“To begin,I have the Subway app, which I recommend…it offers deals, coupons, and you earn points for free food…that said, using it tonite was like any other nite, easy, fast, convenient..I got my favorite, a foot long BMT toasted, and instead of paying $9+ that it normally costs, I paid $5.99(plus tax) because of the app, and the coupons that comeIn the mail…15 min. after ordering I arrived at the Eastwood location subway and there was my sub, ready and waiting (as usual) for me to pick-up..I haven’t had to wait for a pick-up yet, kudos to the sandwich artists that are employed there! If your like me and like subway sandwiches, you can’t go wrong visiting this location!Update: 5-5-23: This Subway location no longer accepts coupons for some reason, so using the app is only good for ordering your Subs in advance, as the rewards “curve” is quite steep…and remember the “$5 footlong” promo in the past? That is LONG GONE, an average sub “favorite” like a “spicy italian” or a BMT, or subway club for instance, will now cost you AT LEAST DOUBLE ($10.49 and up) for a 12”….Sorry subway, the cost of your subs and the fact that you no longer accept coupons will cost you a star, as you have fallen from grace a bit, at least In my book…Updated: 5-5-23“
“I work in the area and visit this subway frequently. Staff is always super friendly and efficient.Today when I stopped in during my lunch break, there was a line out the door with only one person working. The man working was absolutely killing it. Friendly and upbeat. Joking with customers. Patient with the elderly lady who had questions and coupons to use. All while slanging sandwiches at a record pace. He was operating so well under pressure. Give that man a raise!“
“Not far off of Highway 52 I enjoy coming here whenever I have the craving for a sub. It’s also closed to Civic Center drive so idk your heading West on your way out of town it’s a good quick stop. They do have a drive through if you are in a rush. A good place to stop after getting groceries at HyVee or if you just happen to be in the area.“
“I’ve always loved subway. I’ve always ordered exactly the same thing. I quit eating subway a long time ago bc of 37th st subway. (Absolutely incompetent, rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional) On my way home from many dr appointments and the pharmacy, I stopped in this location today looking for a little comfort from my life long favorite sandwich. The young man working was professional, he was courteous, he was friendly, and he made me exactly what I asked for. I’ll be back.“
“I come to this subway once every week or so for lunch. It’s located near Costco and my office is within a 3 minutes drive. A good deal of banks, loan officers, and title companies are in this area so it’s an easy location for me to skip to to get a quick meal. Staff are friendly if you make the effort to ask them about their days as well. Of course when it’s busy they don’t get much of a chance. Food is always good and quick bite.“
“The young and very pregnant lady who helped us was AMAZING! She was polite and extremely friendly although she was the one working. I must add I think it is absolutely wrong to have one employee working on CHRISTMAS EVE in this Walmart subway store. Not to mention she is extremely busy and pregnant (which I might add). As a store franchise/manager (who ever you are), should do a better job of making sure your stores have enough coverage during PEAK HOLIDAY TIMES!! This young lady needs a raise and better work coverage. Cause I was witness to customers being rude and she never once raised her voice or was I polite to them.“
“Visiting from out of town and this place was the only place that was opened for breakfast that wasn't serving breakfast food. The service was fantastic, the sandwich artist was very polite and patient with my indicision. We didn't eat in but the dining area was clean and spotless.“
