I went here yesterday April 11th around 7-8 for some crazy puffs and never got my food. I ordered showed up in 15 min girl at register who has no customer service skills told me it will be another 20 min. I just got my money back after waiting an hour. Also the girl at register never called names for orders or anything. If you don't ask if your order is ready u won't get it. There are NO ADULTS working at this location. They're in the back standing around and playing and the one adult lady who came up refuse to speak with anyone even after called. She just stayed on the computer in the back ignoring ppl. I'll never spend my hard earned money with little ceasers ever again. Black folks need to stop being used to bad service and speak up when something not right. I will be calling corporate in morning

Give yourself a few extra minutes they might be short staffed, but they definitely take care of you!
If I was given the option to give this place 0 stars then I would give it just that! Honestly the service and employees need to be revamped. This place would be 100 times better if those adjustments were made. I honestly doubt that will happen because from the looks of these reviews from months ago..nothing has changed. So I’ll gladly be taking my money and time elsewhere. ???

Staff was young high school age kids, laughing, joking and playing in back while over 10 customers waited out front to place orders and 5 cars in drive thru. I witnessed a girl with blonde and red knee length passion twist swing her hair onto a pizza playing around with a tall boy with short locs wearing a blue and red coat with a backpack on. No hair nets on anyone. Then the woman whom was manager looked to be no older than 25 comes the register with an attitude twice before “looking at me” to place an order or ask a question instead of saying “can I help you?), Only for her to say there’s a 40min wait on everything in the store. If you can go to another location go because this store needs to revamp their entire staff starting with the management team. The food at this location is NOT HOT NOR READY!

Waited over 35 minutes for one pizza. Not fast and ready at all. Was told “first come, first serve” as the reason at the window that we needed to pull back around into the crazy long drive thru line. Someone may need to explain the phrase “first come first serve”. Will never stop here again.

Waited over 30 minutes for a pizza and watched 2 fights almost break out between customers and employees. One fight had the employee threaten to kill the customer and cops got involved. Don’t eat here if you value your time or safety

This location was extremely busy and the drive-thru never moved the entire time I was there in fact what was so crazy was that the entire inside was full too. They really need to have a better system for people who order online because I waited 20 minutes and my pizza was ready already. While I was there I did hear someone in the kitchen cursing repeatedly though. I guess some people don't operate well under pressure

This is the worst pizza place in South Holland that I have been to I was told after ordering a large pepperoni pizza with ground beef it will be an hour I'll come back in an hour I was told that my pizza was giving away and that it will be 10 minutes for my replacement which I knew was a lie I waited another 34-35 minutes finally got my pizza didn't get anything extra didn't even have any condiments no garlic butter sauce no parmesan cheese they was out of everything I would not recommend this place to anybody unless you want to argue and flip out on the workers ???
