“They squeezed us in despite having a full house. We’ve been twice and both times were incredible. I don’t know what is better- the service or the food. Even the burger is one of the best in the cities. Sit at the chef’s table if you can and make sure you get a dessert.“

“Wow! This is just an easy 10 out of 10 straight across-the-board! One of my new favorites, if not my new favorite! We sat at the bar, such a great atmosphere especially being able to watch the kitchen a little bit. Thomas, who I believe was the manager was fantastic and you can tell it is a really well ran establishment. And everyone that works there actually looked happy! Our bartender/server was amazing and the food was just spectacular! Sooooo good. Thank you thank you!“

“My daughter and I stopped in with no reservation while it was pretty busy and were seated right away. Our waitress was awesome and the service was fast. I got the Pork Belly & Biscuit- very delicious! My daughter got the Chicken Biscuit and she loved it! She isn’t a fan of honey but loved the hot honey that came with her dish ( she had it on the side to make sure she would like it). I was also impressed the coffee drink selection. Such great varieties! I had the Pistachio Cardamom which was so delicious. Also ordered the March special to go which was the Lucky Green Dream Latte- very delicious as well! Definitely stopping again when we are back in the area!“

“Great Vibe. Space is relatively small for the amount of people that come in to enjoy. The wait is worth it; food and drink is fantastic. My only recommendation would be to print the menu in bigger font because it’s a dimly lit restaurant so get out your phone to shine a light. Definitely going back to enjoy other items. Service was top notch“

“Tasty unique cocktails. I think they should bring some food back though, I can drink more when I am eating! All the musical acts were good, especially Fenix Dion. The sound was fine for my ears, but I think the shape of the room made it hard for my phone to get good video.“

I also got a delicious tiramisu I think they should come out with some warm ones. A little pricey but overall a good experience.Vegetarian options: They have a couple of vegetarian options but not very many vegan ones.“

“Cute place but for sure burger is better at the nook which I passed on my way here. Burgers for 14$ should come with fries (it doesn’t). Service is good and atmosphere is hipster. No wifi. Would try something other than the burger though Was packed by 545 on a Saturday night already.“

“Leah was on the case with water and menus when we sat. Our server Melissa was attentive, fun and professional. I had the bleu smash burger thing. Very tasty. I've not seen their cut of fries before, a kind of shaving technique, really flavorful. The entertainment was the best part. Alex Gelking performed a cool mix of songs and styles. He played 'Fearless' for god's sake. Good evening all around. 5 stars.“

“My Dad and I had the pleasure of eating at Highland Grill this evening and will most definitely recommend it to others, as well as return next time we're nearby! Absolutely stellar service from the time we walked in the door and were promptly greeted by the hostess until the time we left. Holly was our server - very knowledgeable & friendly. I mentioned it was our first time & asked for recommendations. I asked for a special drink (not on the menu); and she accommodated my request. We decided to get two items and share them as they both sounded delicious (the Seared Salmon & Meatloaf). Dad is a diabetic so she suggested an alternative vegetable instead of potatoes. Her service was spot on throughout our visit and the food was DELICIOUS!! We were both very pleased with the quality and the quantity. I've been a bartender/server for over 25 years... I can honestly say there isn't one thing that could have gone better with our experience!! 10 out of 10.“

“We enjoyed every part of our dining experience at Momento last night. The employees are welcoming, knowledgeable and oozing with pride and excitement. We thoroughly enjoyed trying foods we've never had before and felt well informed by our server Kevin. We ordered three shareable plates: Meze, Brussels sprouts and peas & toast. We even left with a recommendation for breakfast in the morning. The colorful decor, including many plants and fresh herbs complimented the experience perfectly. We tried to tell everyone we met that night to come try it out as we might not make the 5 hour trip back for some time.“

White Squirrel Bar Bar • $
974 7th St W, St Paul

“Stopped in Saturday afternoon to catch a live gig. What a cute and cozy venue! There was bar seating, a few booths, some small tables then there was more seating closer to the stage! Bartender Chris was absolutely delightful ....and confirmed my initial notion when I saw him!! The White Squirel is one of three bars the owner has, another one is Amsterdam... where I had met Chris in July! There are two bathrooms, right across from the bar, between the two side doors. I think the bar did a great job w acoustics! Two little kids walked out covering their ears but adults didn't mind. White Squirrel has such a comfy neighborhood bar feeling and I quite enjoyed the couple that found a little room to dance! It got a little busier as the bands played but not uncomfortably crowded. There is a small parking lot so if it's busy you're looking at street parking, which is ample. Thanks White Squirrel for a wonderful afternoon of live music while I met up w old friends and chatted up your friendly bartender... certainly planning to make you a regular stop.“

“I arrived an hour before close. We stood at the front door for five mintues. Four people made eye contact, and not one person gave a half smile, head nod or offered to help. Sinoun walked out, and immediately greeted us from across the restaurant. She apologized for us having to wait. She was very attentive. She turned my mood around. I hadn't eaten all day so my patience and stomach wasn't thin... I will return.“
