The food was delicious. Fish tacos come with rice & lettuce. Refried beans are extra.Simple house margaritas are not scratch made. Happy hour doesn't have many specials.

We have been going to El Azteca since they first opened. When we go to other Mexican restaurants, we compare and always find we like El Azteca' beans, rice, and cheese sauce much better than others. And no one compares to their chiles rellenos! They are very cheesy and the outside batter makes it even more delicious! Different family members like the shrimp tacos and the fajitas. We have liked everything we have tried. The wait staff are friendly, helpful, and quick. This is one of our favorite restaurants.

My wife's family looks for any excuse to come here. You can't go wrong with bottomless chips. The fajitas are on point and the staff is always very nice.

Horrible experience here. Mojitos came with old wilted mint leaves in dirty plastic glasses. Server was unfriendly and looked bothered to serve us even though there was only two other occupied tables in the restaurant. There were extra charges added to are bill for substitutions yet we didn't substitute anything.

As you offer lunch fajitas , which were good, why no lettuce , sour cream , tomatoes, cheese with it? Disappointed I had to pay an extra 4.99 for a crema salad to get those items Normally served with fajitas on the dinner menu. Not sure if I'll visit again.

I feel like the quality of the food has gone down in our recent visits. This used to be our go to Mexican restaurant in Apple Valley, but the last few dinners we have had tasteless food and mediocre service. Too bad :/

I was back visiting my son's after being away for 8 years. El Azteca was a regular dinner option for my wife and I years ago when we lived nearby in Apple Valley. Happy to say it still has excellent enchiladas. My son got the fajita burritos which I have to say are really other enchiladas stuffed with fajita stuff. Service was lightning fast yet friendly.
