Pretty darn good. Great employees and service. Got the double bone porkchop and it was huge. However it was overcooked tough and dry. The great part was that they took care of the tab for the chop and the brisket that they hastily brought out as a replacement. Had a rum drink and my daughter n/a drinks and they were top notch best ever. Wife had trout and we all shared mac and cheese and meat and cheese plate and it was all phenomenal! We talked about going back just for drinks and meat and cheese plate. I give it a rare stamp of approval- go here!

I got the combo #5 and poutine so I could try a few things. The combo #5 came with a lot of food. The brisket was a little dry to my liking but the ribs were very good. The bbq sauce is too sweet for me. I ended up combining it with the cry baby Craig's and that was really tasty.Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the cocktails. It can be a little expensive but we would go back.

Overpriced. Service was good enough but we had one drink and one entree each. It cost $100. The food was nothing to write home about. I could have gotten just as good BBQ at a food truck. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Menu is not super diverse, and definitely don't bring vegetarians or vegans here. Service has been hit or miss for me; I've had to wait unreasonable amounts of time occasionally. Once in a while I've had cold food served to me, but usually it's ok. Their location is good and the outside seating if you can get it is nice.

Cute place at the corner of St. Paul. Bottomless mimosas were good. The bartender was attentive to filling my glass whenever he walked by. You can tell he likes his job and he was helpful. He left me alone but made sure my glass was always filled bc I had headphones on. The customers greeted me and were nice. Clean bathroom and place too. Food was good.Parking: Parking is free and street parking. It is a busy area with other restaurants across so you do have to park further away when it’s busy. But it’s a nice place to walk too so parking far shouldn’t be too bad.

Came in this morning for brunch. Food and drinks were great, wish I could say the same about the service from the bartender. Horrible attitude. Won’t be coming back.
I have dined at Handsome Hog a few times in the past and enjoyed great experiences every time. Delicious food and drinks and really good food (both dinner and brunch service). However tonight was unexpectedly disappointing. When we arrived, we were seated at a table for 4 (it was just my husband and I) in a back corner near the bathrooms. The dining room was not busy at all, so it was a bit of a surprise to me that we didn't get a better table. We were given a couple waters promptly but after sitting at our table for 5 minutes without a server we moved to the bar. The bar service was really great, but it couldn't make up for the food. Maybe it was an off night in the kitchen, but the food was not nearly as good as I had remembered. Unfortunately we won't be returning.

Disappointed in the ribs. They were undercooked and because of that, tough. We could hardly chew them. We wrapped them up and brought them home. Next day I wrapped them in tinfoil with a little apple juice and baked them another hour at 275 and those tough ribs were tender! The flavor was great but please, cook them LOW (275 degrees) and SLOW (3+ hours). The chicken was tasty but VERY heavily breaded. Now for what we loved - the cosmopolitan was the best I’ve ever had! The crème brûlée was very good. The atmosphere is great! The service was excellent!
