Cozy, casual family cafe with hearty classic food. The breakfast food is very good, I enjoyed the country fried steak and eggs with a side of hash browns. They also have coffee and tea lattes, desserts and sweet buns. I had chocolate silk pie and it was very light, fluffy and tasty. Overall, very satisfying food with cozy atmosphere.
It's been awhile since I have eaten there. But I had breakfast there twice last week and it was excellent! Food is great! Service is excellent! Best food best value in St Paul!

I ordered my food on DoorDash and when I arrived to pick it up there was a woman helping what looked to be a man with obvious mental issues. She was getting him a coffee. She was so kind and patient with him and the amount of care with him was amazing. When done he left and she apologized for my wait and said sometimes you just deserve a lil treat. She looked like she was ready to cry. She was such a seeet woman!!
