Order thru Uber eats. Sandwich wrappers had more oil on it then the inside of the sandwich. Oil just leaking from all over, disgusting. I'll just stick with woodbury or arden hills.

First and probably last time in this place. Soup is very good however, very poor customer service. We felt intimidated, like they were expecting us to know everything. We pick our food and left with not even a bag to carry it. Nothing else to say, photos speak by themselves.

I ordered from this Potbelly a few days ago, and the food was great as usual, but a drink was forgotten. I called about it and wasn't able to get it replaced at the time, just due to not being able to pick it up at the time.However, today I ordered again, and this time, not only did all of our food come, but they gave us some cookies and a side to make up for the previous experience. They also honored a special request that I absolutely did not expect them to honor, and would not have been easy. And of course the food just never misses. I highly recommend!

Very blah sandwiches! The bread has no flavor, and NEVER order the tuna. That went right into the garbage after one bite. We have given this 3 tries, and they struck out all 3 times. There are several places in Highland to get good sandwiches. Don't waste your money here!

Affordable, yummy, and customizable! This was my first time having potbelly. We ordered it in for a pool day and although delivery took a bit longer than expected the food was still fresh and cool. I appreciated that the sandwiches were free to customize.

Came in at the late late hour of 7:15 and they seemed to be busy with closing up. Wasn't very welcoming, you felt like you were inconveniencing them. And of course when you pay they have the option to tip. I'm putting any fast food place that requests tips on my no go list.Sandwich was okay.
