BBQ brisket had great flavor, was moist and held the sauce well. BBQ Sauce (hot) had good flavor with a nice kick. Was really thick so that was nice not having a super drippy/messy sandwich. Pickles are just standard DILL and the sides tasted good (smoked white cheddar Mac and Cole slaw) If you order a side portion of sticky rice it comes with 2 heaping piles of delicious steamed sticky rice.
