An unhoused person was purchasing a coffee and trying to leave her a tip and she refused to take the tip and told him to come back and see her and have another coffee. ? Personally, I used a gift card and she took the time to write my new remaining balance on the gift card. And finally when I was leaving another barista complimented me on my shirt. So just a really great day of getting coffee with the staff of very nice people. ??“

“Small location right next door to Chipotle. Parking isn't ideal unless your in the area for another reason. Have to pay for parking otherwise. There's meter parking and a parking ramp across the street.Staff really friendly and decently busy. Atmosphere nice and overall good experience.“
“It is not a stand-alone store. But as Starbucks inside supermarkets go….. this one has been rather good. Not too busy, not too many mess-ups, no drive-thru. Baristas (by luck of the draw) have been good and friendly. So 5 Starbucks stars. Not as good as, say Spy-house’s coffee, but good in relative Starbucks rankings“
“I absolutely love love Starbucks!! Very high quality and great service. There was a long line, but it was just people wanting for coffee, and I was getting iced tea, sooo good. I will defiantly be back, and soon. Starbucks gift cards (I think) make some of the best holiday presents.“
“In a busy car traffic location, so in-store seating is more than adequate. There is off street parking. Staff was friendly. Rated it a tad lower because I was a little on edge about the vicinity…never totally comfortable about just who might walk through the door.Parking: Access their lot only from Marshall Avenue.“
“I’m giving four stars because you seriously have two different experiences!! The morning crew is amazing.! Especially if you have either McKenna, Kevin or katarina working.! These 3 have never disappointed me and they are seriously very efficient baristas... now I’ve gone to this same location after 3pm and it’s a complete disaster. I’ve had one employee literally ignore me for what felt like 5 minutes ... no lines.. and no customers before me.. still don’t know her name but because of that sole experience I will never trust going there unless the three that were mentioned above are working.“

“I ordered a PSL fairly close to closing. I think the barista who took my order was a little stressed but still friendly; I don't think it's fair to expect service workers to be "on" all the time or "smiling" all the time. My drink was made quickly and I did have a really friendly exchange with the barista at the end counter. Also, there was plenty of seating available and the straw/sugar station was fully stocked.My personal con is that the drinks are more expensive at this location, but I knew that going in. They couldn't accept the Starbucks app's pay with card QR code, only the preloaded gift card QR codes on the app. I was also bummed that they didn't have blonde espresso. Still, none of these things significantly impacted my experience but did add up to be a slight inconvenience.{31}“
